What is a super bill and how does it work?

It’s an invoice provided by me with details about the services provided. You submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do I have to be injured to come to physical therapy?

NO!!! I want to help you PREVENT injury! I want to take a deep dive and address any compensations or weaknesses you may have that are limiting you from your true potential.

How often will I need to be seen?

It depends! Usually I see people 1x every 1-2 weeks. It depends on how often your program needs to be reworked and what type of physical therapy or training you are needing.

Can I use my HSA/FSA Card?
